MY PROGRAMS

 

Individual Program (1 athlete)

 

My greatest passion is working one-on-one with athletes that want nothing more than to better themselves. The Individual Program is designed to help a single athlete work on whichever skills they find to be most important to them. The athlete can use a single session to try and improve shooting technique, ball handling, or defensive footwork. All sessions are $20/hour at a minimum of one hour for high school athletes, $15/hour for middle school athletes, $12/hour for elementary athletes, and the rest are just $10/hour!

Small Group Program (2-4 athletes)

Athletes can also choose to work in small groups. This may be better for younger athletes that are hesitant to work with a new face or families. When working in small groups, more options are available for drills that allow athletes more repitions within the drills. Many times, working in small groups allows the athletes to push each other to their maximum potential. All sessions are $30/hour at a minimum of one hour.

 

Large Group Program (5-7 athletes)

 

The Large Group Program deals in working with a team atmosphere. More of the instruction here can be focused on a large group of athletes that want to focus on a certain individual skill that needs improvement. Also, athletes may want to focus more on offensive or defensive concepts. The choice is up to the athletes. All sessions are $40/hour at a minimum of one hour.

 

Team Program (8 or more athletes)

 

 The team program deals with taking an entire program and working on individual skills and team concepts. This should be utilized by coaches/athletic directors that need extra instruction for athletes, but cannot due to time constraints and contact rules. The coach or athletic director must contact me, in order to utlize this program. Expectations will be established prior to scheduling.
